NEW XR Series

The XR-Series four-axis, compact gantry robot features a ceiling mounted, flexible SCARA robot combined with a long-stroke Cartesian robot. As a result of their highly efficient, integrated design, the XR-Series robots use up to 40% less valuable factory floor space than conventional SCARA robots.

The high-speed, high precision robots have a reach of 200mm to 300mm and an x axis stroke of 850mm to 1,660mm, with a cycle time of 0.53 seconds, repeatability of ±0.015mm and a payload capacity of 3kg.

HS-Series Four-Axis Robot

The HS-Series four-axis robots offer the highest speed and repeatability in their class. Their large, 5kg payload capacity and high, 0.1 kgm² maximum effective moment of inertia enables flexibility in the choice of end-effector designs and a wide range of applications.

The compact design of the HS-Series robots facilitates interation. Electrical wiring and air lines are internally concealed to prevent interference with surrounding equipment. The HS is offered in standard, dust and mistproof (IP65) and cleanroom (class 10) models. For overhead mounting, all HS-Series standard dust and mistproof models are conveniently available in configurations that require no special tooling or modifications to install. ANSI and CE compliance allows global deployment, while UL-listed models are available.

Applications include: assembly, dispensing, electrostatic welding, machine tending, machining, material handling, material removal, palletizing and depalletizing, pick and place, packaging and test, and inspection.
