Saturday April 8, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Every April The Works Museum participates in National Robotics Week  with a special day of robotics fun for kids and families. Our presenter partners demonstrate kid-friendly robotics concepts and real-world applications that inspire and amaze. Kids and families interact with robots of all shapes and sizes, and meet real engineers as well as students who build, program and compete with their robots.

National Robotics Week is all about celebrating the United State’s leadership in robotics technology and development and inspiring students of all ages to pursue careers in these areas.

At Robot Day, kids and families have a blast trying to grab candy faster than a robotic arm, meet NAO humanoid robots and AIBO robotic dogs, see a law enforcement robot in action, learn about the futuristic RAHT mobile, meet peer robotics experts on FIRST Lego League and FIRST Robotics competition teams, and much, much more.

It’s a full day of family fun with our Twin Cities robotics partners and robotic friends!
